In-studio interview with 2 TI’s (targeted individuals), David Smith and Debbie Newhook, TI are people under surveillance, and could be suffering from various electronic torture procedures, and/or being gang stalked. Tonight’s guests have asked that I play as an introduction to tonight’s complex topic, (one that gets near zero media coverage), from part of a radio interview with another TI, Julianne McKinney, on Greg Syzmanski’s radio show from April 2006.

For the last 5 years David Smith has been a target of electronic torture, voice to skull technology, 24hr surveillance, possible implants, and has had toxins put in his food, drink and environment. David hopes to get more information out on this subject and believes that TI's fit into the larger picture currently being offered by the global power elites.

Debbie Newhook is a Nanaimo activist who hopes to expose organized group stalking, AKA gang stalking. Debbie is a moderator on an on-line forum for those who are multi-stalked. Her main objectives are to find other TI’s and help them cope from the devastating effects of organized stalking and harassment, and to educate the public, as well as those involved in the organized stalking. She believes that many TI’s are not believed and many end up in the clutches of mental health.
